do i need to have my whole group together before contacting you?

No. Please reach out with any questions you have about creating a Swim Circle™. We'll let you know if the people, day, time or goals will work.

do swimmers have to be the same age or level?

For guardian-assisted classes learners can all fall within 6 months-3 years. For ages 3-5 we recommend learners be no more than 10 months apart so that motor skills and cognition are similar. For learners 6+ the age can be farther apart, but their ability should be somewhat similar.

how many swimmers can be in a swim circle™?

For ages 6 months-3 years guardian-assisted classes we can have as many as 6 pairs of learners, so long as the shallow end of the pool is large enough to accommodate the amount of people. For ages 3-4 we recommend 3 students maximum. For ages 5-7: 4 students. For ages 8+ we can teach up to 6 students in a class, depending on their abilities.

how does pricing work?

Pricing is based on the location, length of the class, and the number of students. Indoor Clifton pool prices. Outdoor Water Ready pool prices. Home pool prices.

can we schedule lessons more than once a week?

Absolutely! This is one of the great advantages of Swim Circles™. We will work with you to develop the cadence you want and matching that to our venue and teacher availability.

Weather-Related Cancellation Policy:
Class proceeds at instructor's discretion, with safety being the primary concern. Class won't be canceled for light rain. Class will be canceled for medium to heavy rain, thunder/lightening, or air temperature below 65°F.
Options for weather-related cancellations:
- Refund issued, pro-rated to the missed time.
- We may add time to a subsequent lesson; or attempt to re-schedule on Friday of the same week.
- If medium rain (no lightening) starts during class, instructor may continue safety skills and dry-land drills in a covered area.
