Learning self-rescue sequences helps guards against injury or drowning from unexpected situations. Young children are especially prone to accidental or unsupervised water entry.
We teach several self-rescue sequences so that students have choices, depending on the environment and situation. Instead of panicking, we train to do self-rescue. Students will learn increasingly challenging self-rescue sequences. Fall Ready™
