Rent Your Pool During Times it's not Used

We're fully insured and have safely rented residential pools since 2016. References available.

Homeowner Benefits

Homeowners can make enough to more than cover their pool maintenance costs. We schedule our rental time outside of your family's use of the pool. Although we request a minimum of twelve hours per week, the maximum is up to you. The more you rent, the more you earn. Homeowners also get three FREE 30-minute swim lessons, and 20% off any additional swim lessons to family members.  

Preferred Pool Features

Our wish list includes a Montclair location, heated water and easy street parking. We require access to emergency shelter, such as a garage. Property should be well-maintained, and have shaded seating. We need access to a bathroom - in some houses we've used basement bathrooms, pool houses or bathrooms on the first floor of the main house. We can also bring our own outdoor toilet, discretely tented in the backyard. 

Additional Details

Lessons start Mid-June through mid-September, weather permitting. Most lessons are Monday through Friday, 10:00-5:00, but we also have demand for evening and weekend lessons. We work together to define the parameters of pool rental times that are mutually beneficial. We're insured and all participants sign waivers.  ​References available.
