Tips to Book Outdoor Lessons

Before you Book

• Check availability before purchasing
• Packages offer better value than individual lesson purchases
• Create a separate account for each child​

Booking

• Outdoor packages can be used at any outdoor pool
• Packages require full payment in advance
• After a package purchase, you'll receive a certificate code to apply to the individual lessons
• Each pool has it's own instructor
• Confirmation and reminder emails will include the pool address

Using Packages

• Apply certificate code to each lesson
• Try to schedule all lessons with the same instructor
• If you need to use multiple instructors, email us so we can coordinate progress and ensure continuity

Semi-Private and Mini-Group Lessons

• Book lessons under one child's name
• Fill out the prompted form with the additional name(s) and we'll add them to the reservation
