Clearly this is NOT a swim class. It's an online wellness course that aims to help people initiate a positive relationship with water and develop the motivation to take what we call a "water acclimation class." You're a good candidate for this on-line class if you want to:

- Understand the basic skills you'll need to develop to be comfortable and confident in water.
